When processing involves evacuation into the atmosphere, the use of cyclones and multicyclones is the optimal choice to reduce the costs of purchase and maintenance of your dust collection and air conveying equipment.
OPERATION
The dust laden air containing particles enters the cyclone through a tangential air intake. The centrifugal action causes the particles to revolve and be thrown against the cylinder wall, thus creating a downward swirl of particles that are evacuated through the outlet. The clear air is released into the atmosphere.
A complete series of cyclones is available for your specific applications:
GC Series: Medium efficiency
CME Series: High efficiency
HE Series: Superior efficiency
Applications :
Separation of all types of dry or damp particles at low or high concentrations.
May be used under high temperature conditions.
OPERATION
The dust laden air enters into the Multicyclone through the intake collector linking the tangential air intakes of the cyclones. The centrifugal action of each cyclone causes the particles to fall into a common hopper where they are collected by an air or mechanical system. The clean air is evacuated into the atmosphere.
Applications :
Separation of all types of dry or damp particles at low concentration.
